Don't you love a great baby butt shot? If you haven't noticed, I do.
And a layout from this day for Oscraps Creative Techniques Challenge.
On Sunday, we went to Bishop Museum. We only spent time in the NEWly renovated Hawaiian Hall. Tate and I haven't been there since we were in grade school. We thought it would be great place to explore for the day. There is so much that I could share with you about Hawaiian history, art, and culture, but that would be a really long post. For now, here is a view of the interior of the Hawaiian Hall and a beautiful shell lei that was once wore by Queen Kapiolani.
Now for some NEW layouts:

Fei-fei's Stuff is in the spotlight! For one, you have to use patterned paper as your background and create a double pager. Those are both challenges to me. As you can see, I almost always use a solid paper as a background and it is always one sided. However, I loved how this came out.

Off to create more layouts since Bostyn is napping the afternoon away.

Wow, I miss the warm and blue waters of Hawaii! Can't wait to go at the end of the year. That new beach you went to looked divine! I'll have to remember about the Bishop Museum as well when we go in December.
ReplyDeleteI know so little about Hawaii - it's wonderful to be introduced to your world! Love those pages - the double page came out really well. :) And well done on the New Things!
